Refund Policy
All of the services offered on the Mobspace Entertainment Services website are completed following a thorough project analysis, ensuring complete understanding of the job and almost eliminating the possibility of project cancellation, reversal, or dispute. Clients have the option to request a refund if they are dissatisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- A scope document and a thorough study are done before any projects are approved. This ensures that all the teams involved are aware of what needs to be done and eliminates the chance of a project being cancelled, reversed, or changed.
- People who work for Mobspace Entertainment services and the people who buy their services know that there is a lot of work involved in finishing each part of the project, and they won't get a refund for the work that has been done.
- Our job is to make sure that if the project ends on a mutually agreed-upon basis, the client has control of all the work done up until that point and the money, if any, is returned.
- Clients who choose to work with another company within 48 hours of the project start date are also respected by us. In this case, Mobspace Entertainment Services would give back the money that has been paid for the project so far.
- When Mobspace Entertainment services marketing team members offer their services on special occasions, there will be no refunds, and you can't get them back.
- In the event that a service is cancelled because of a breach of any of the terms in our Terms and Conditions section, no refund will be given.
- There is no refund policy for services that are delivered on the same day as the order.
- In the case of third-party involvement, Mobspace Entertainment Services will not have to pay for any delays or interruptions in service that happen because of that involvement.
- For 30 days after it's done, we can give a refund to any customer who isn't satisfied with the project. It's not possible to get back administration fees or set-up charges in these cases.
- After you send in a refund request, it will take one business day for the company to process your refund request. You should get an email from our representatives with more information about your problem and follow the advice they give.
- When you get a refund, it will take one business day for it to be done. You'll get your money back in the same form of currency that you used to buy it. If you paid with a credit card, refunds will be made to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase.
If you paid with a payment gateway name, refunds will be made to the same account.
